Hakan Fidan to visit Qatar for talks on Middle East

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan will pay an official visit to Qatar tomorrow to discuss strategic cooperation, regional developments, and security in the Persian Gulf with the country"s leadership.
Report informs citing Turkish media that Fidan is set to hold talks in the Qatari capital, Doha.
During the visit, the sides will review preparations for the next meeting of the bilateral High Strategic Committee, which is expected to be held in Türkiye.
Key topics on the agenda will include restoring freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz and the broader situation in the Middle East.
The parties are also expected to discuss issues related to defense and military cooperation.
