Turkey to vaccinate its citizens at borders

Turkish citizens returning from abroad will have the chance to get vaccinated against coronavirus at 38 airports and border crossings of Turkey, the Turkish Health Minister Fahrettin Koca said, Report informs via Turkish media.
“We will offer first or second-dose vaccinations for our citizens arriving from abroad at 38 of 48 airports. Vaccinations are currently being carried out at land border crossings in 4 provinces,” said the minister.
According to Koca, the vaccination service at the airports will be available from July 5 at two airports (he did not disclose the names). The immunization will be voluntary.
Turkey has fully vaccinated more than 15.6 million people. In total, 52.5 million vaccine jabs have been administered in the country.
