Dubai bans entertainment in cafes, restaurants

Dubai authorities have suspended the issuance of permits for entertainment events, Report informs, citing Emirati media.
According to the Emirate of Dubai Government, the restriction is introduced "to ensure the population's safety."
Dancers, singers, and DJs are not allowed to perform at any restaurant or hotel in Dubai in the near future.
According to media reports, the decision was made after a series of checks that revealed numerous violations in several institutions.
