Minister: Azerbaijan implements practical measures to strengthen Islamic solidarity

Azerbaijan consistently supports the strengthening of Islamic solidarity worldwide and is actively implementing practical measures in this direction, Azerbaijani Minister of Labor and Social Protection Anar Aliyev said, Report informs.

Speaking at a meeting of the Executive Council of the Labour Center held in Baku, the minister emphasized that Azerbaijan attaches special importance to relations with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.

"Global and regional challenges-including technological shifts, climate change, migration, and various crises-are having a serious impact on labor markets. In such conditions, the Labour Center serves as a vital platform for reinforcing solidarity and advancing cooperation among member states. I invite all member countries to contribute to the Centre's effective functioning, as its mission can only be successfully fulfilled through joint participation and collaboration," he stated.
