As part of an ongoing rehabilitation program, a group of 30 Ukrainian children has been taken on a tour of Azerbaijan's regions, according to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, cited by Report.
During the trip, organized by the ministry's Social Services Agency, the children visited the Tufandag Mountain Resort and the Gabala Archaeological Center in the Gabala district, as well as the Palace of the Shaki Khans and the Caravanserai Complex in Shaki.
The participants were introduced to Azerbaijan's cultural and historical heritage and natural attractions. They also took part in group therapy sessions, meditation and yoga activities, and psychosocial training programs.
The 10-day social rehabilitation program is aimed at stabilizing the children's emotional well-being and supporting their integration into society.
Another group of 30 Ukrainian children is currently undergoing assessments at the Gabala Children's Rehabilitation Center, after which an individual rehabilitation plan will be prepared for each participant.
