Heads of religious confessions in Azerbaijan sent a congratulatory letter to President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Victory Day.
According to Report, a congratulatory letter was read at the event dedicated to Victory Day held today in the Caucasian Muslims Office (CMO).
