Zelenskyy vows continued strikes against Russia

The Armed Forces of Ukraine will continue to strike Russia, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has stated on Telegram, Report informs.
"We will continue counterstrikes to force Russia into diplomacy," Zelenskyy wrote on Telegram.
Saying the time for decisive action has long arrived, Zelenskyy called on the US, Europe, G7, and G20 countries to respond to Russia's attacks on Ukraine.
He noted that the massive Russian assault on the night of September 28 lasted over 12 hours, involving approximately 500 drones and more than 40 missiles, including hypersonic Kinzhal missiles.
Russian forces targeted military facilities across Ukraine, and over 100 drones were detected in Ukrainian airspace. Explosions were also reported in other regions, including Sumy, Chernihiv, and Odessa. During the night attack, key infrastructure in Zaporizhzhia was struck.
On the morning of September 28, Ukraine's Strana.ua reported that Russian Geran-2 drones had surrounded Kyiv.
Earlier, Russian forces reportedly destroyed Zelenskyy's bunker.
