Zelensky submits bill on multiple citizenship to parliament

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has submitted a bill on multiple citizenship to the parliament, Report informs referring to UNIAN.
“An important component of our international policy is the global support for Ukrainians,” the president stressed.
He noted that he knows how important the issue of multiple citizenship is for Ukrainians living in the US, Canada and the EU.
“Today I am submitting an appropriate bill to parliament. For the first time, Ukrainians from all over the world will feel not like a diaspora, not just people of Ukrainian origin, but people of Ukrainian citizenship!” Zelensky said.
