Zarif names condition for start of negotiations with US

Tehran is ready to start negotiations on a nuclear deal with Washington after all parties to the agreement begin to fulfill their commitments, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said, Report informs referring to TASS.
"Iran will begin negotiations (on the nuclear deal) when the parties return to fulfilling their obligations," he said.
The diplomat added that, in fact, the US hasn't yet changed its policy.
At the same time, Zarif noted that there would be no negotiations on amendments to the nuclear deal.
