Turkish Parliament Speaker: Adoption of new constitution - requirement

Adoption of the new constitution is a prerequisite, the President of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, Nurman Kurtulmus, said in an interview to A Haber, Report informs.
According to him, this is the need of the time: "I hope that the new constitution will be adopted by the parliament and there will be no need for a referendum."
