Bakir Safarov's arrest extended in Russia's Yekaterinburg

Russia's Yekaterinburg court has extended the measure of restraint in the form of detention for Bakir Safarov, one of the Azerbaijanis detained on June 27 as a result of a raid by the Russian FSB, Report informs.

By the court's decision, Bakir Safarov was arrested for another 22 days.

A court hearing is underway in Russia's Yekaterinburg to extend the preventive measure for Bakir Safarov, one of the Azerbaijanis detained on June 27 as a result of a raid by the Russian Federal Security Service, Report informs.

A hearing will be held today at 16:30 (GMT+3) on the case of another Azerbaijani, Ahliman Ganjiyev.

Tomorrow at 10:30, a hearing is expected on extending the preventive measure for Shahin Lalayev, who was detained on the morning of June 26.

Earlier, the court arrested all three defendants in the case for three days.
