Tokayev replaces Nazarbayev as head of Kazakhstan's Security Council

Kazakhstan's first president, Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev, has been dismissed from the post of chairman of the country's Security Council, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said in his address to the nation, Report informs.
"From today, I will hold this position," he noted.
The president stressed that he would never leave the capital Nur-Sultan.
