Snow thickness exceeds ten meters in Türkiye's Hakkari

The snow thickness in the Yuksekova district of the Hakkari province of Türkiye exceeded 10 meters as a result of innecessant precipitation, Report informs, citing Haber Global.
In the eastern cities of the country, a number of difficulties have arisen due to heavy snow.
After heavy snow and blizzard, an avalanche occurred on the road to Daglica village, located 50 kilometers from the center of Yuksekova. After that, the road was closed for traffic.
Cleaning works in the area have been started by the relevant authorities of the province.
