Shoigu announces establishment of full control over Luhansk Oblast of Ukraine

The Russian army has taken full control of the Luhansk Oblast of Ukraine, Report informs, citing TASS.
"On July 3, 2022, the Russian Minister of Defense, General of the Army Sergey Shoigu reported to the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Armed Forces Vladimir Putin on the establishing full control over Luhansk," the Russian Defense Ministry said.
