"The election in Belarus was not ideal, and there is a lot of evidence for this. The Belarusian leadership acknowledges it and wants to enter into a dialogue with the protesting citizens because they believe that their rights have been violated," Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Russia-1's "60 Minutes" program.
"We are concerned about foreign players' attempts to take advantage of the difficulties in Belarus," he noted.
