Russia's daily COVID tally keeps dwindling

Medical specialists have identified 17,741 new COVID-19 cases in Russia over the past day.
Report informs citing Russian media that this is the lowest figure since October 30.
Overall, the country has reported 3,774,672 coronavirus cases since the pandemic onset.
In the past 24 hours, Russian hospitals discharged 27,922 COVID-19 patients after their full recovery. In total, 3,202,483 Russians have coped with the disease during the epidemic.
Meanwhile, 594 people have succumbed to the pathogen in one day, taking the country's total coronavirus death toll to 71,076.
Most of the new cases were recorded in the Moscow city – 1,837, St. Petersburg – 1,813, and the Moscow oblast - 928.
