Russia's COVID death toll exceeds 72,000

The novel coronavirus has claimed 534 lives in Russia in one day, taking the country's total coronavirus death toll to 72,185, Report informs, citing Russian media.
Meanwhile, medical specialists have confirmed 19,238 new COVID-19 cases in Russia over the past day.
Overall, the country has reported 3,813,048 coronavirus cases since the pandemic onset.
In the past 24 hours, Russian hospitals discharged 26,204 COVID-19 patients after their full recovery. In total, 3,255,462 Russians have coped with the disease during the epidemic.
