Russia begins to withdraw troops from border region with Ukraine

Russia is beginning to withdraw some of its troops from the border region with Ukraine, Report informs, citing the Russian Defense Ministry.
The units of the Western and Southern military circles are starting to return to their bases after the exercises.
"As soon as the combat training is completed, the troops will, as always, make a combined march to the permanent deployment points. Units of the southern and western military districts have already started loading rail and road transport, and from today they will begin moving to their military garrisons," the ministry stressed.
