"We often disagree on certain issues with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Sometimes even opposing views, but this is a person who always keeps his word," Russian President Vladimir Putin said during the annual press conference, Russian Bureau of Report quotes.
"A man who doesn't wag the tail. If he thinks it's good for his country, he goes all the way. It is an element of predictability, which is very important to understand who you are dealing with, " Putin said.
