The Kingdom of the Netherlands sent five F-16 fighting falcons to Ukraine, Report informs, citing Bild.
The Ministry of Defense of the Netherlands said that F-16s are being taken to Romania, where Ukrainian pilots will be trained. According to information, a training center for Ukrainian military personnel will soon be opened there. However, the date when the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be able to use F-16 fighters in the combat zone is still unknown.
Pilot training is expected to take at least six months.
