Kazakhstan, Türkiye aim for $15B trade turnover

Kazakhstan and Türkiye have reaffirmed their intention to increase bilateral trade turnover to $15 billion, while also focusing on expanding investment cooperation and strengthening business ties, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said, Report informs via Akorda.
He made the remark during the sixth meeting of the High‑Level Strategic Cooperation Council between the two countries.
Erdogan noted that both sides emphasized the importance of implementing the action plan adopted at the 14th meeting of the Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation, held on April 15 in Astana.
He added that Ankara will continue to encourage the expansion of investment cooperation between companies of the two countries.
Furthermore, Erdogan highlighted the importance of business forums in strengthening Kazakhstan–Türkiye business relations.
