Identity of Izhevsk school attacker determined

The man who attacked a school in the city of Izhevsk has been identified as Artem Kazantsev, a resident of Izhevsk and a graduate of this school, born in 1988. He committed suicide after the attack.
The Russian Investigative Committee announced that the search is underway at Kazantsev's place of residence:
"It is being investigated whether he had neo-fascist views and supported the Nazi ideology."
