Hovhannisyan: Armenian Defense Minister's absence from CSTO meeting was due to technical reasons

Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan's absence from the meeting of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) is due to technical reasons, said Artur Hovhannisyan, secretary of the ruling majority Civil Contract Faction of the National Assembly of Armenia, Report informs.

According to him, there is no need to politicize the issue: "Recently, we have been talking about CSTO-Armenia relations in detail. But the minister's non-participation in the meeting is not political but technical."
