Georgia reports 4,921 more coronavirus cases, 58 deaths

The number of new coronavirus cases in Georgia has reached 4,921 over the past day, while 58 people have died.

Report's local bureau informs, citing the country's National Center for Disease Control and Public Health, that some 4,471 people have been discharged from hospitals upon recovery over the last 24 hours.

Overall, Georgia has reported 501,297 coronavirus cases, 436,977 recoveries, and 6,590 deaths since the pandemic began.

The current number of active cases reaches 57,704 people.
