Georgia records over 1,000 new COVID cases

Over the past day, medical specialists registered 1,006 cases of coronavirus infection in Georgia, Report informs citing official data of the Georgian Government.
Meanwhile, 1,050 COVID patients have recovered from the infection, and 25 more succumbed to the deadly pathogen.
Overall, the country has reported a total of 254,822 cases of coronavirus infection and 244,446 Georgians recoveries. The virus has claimed a total of 3,096 lives in the Caucasian country.
The current number of patients with coronavirus reaches 7,254.
