Georgia lifts requirement to wear face mask outdoors

Today, the requirement to use a protective mask in the open air has been eliminated in Georgia, Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili said at a briefing.
He noted that the mask would be mandatory for use in public transport and indoors.
According to another decision of the Georgian government, curfew will not be applied from July 1.
