Erdogan slams Biden's statement on Putin as 'inappropriate'

"This is an inappropriate statement for a head of state. It is unacceptable, admissible, for a president to say such things about the head of such a state as Russia," Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said, as quoted by Report.
"I suppose that Mr.Putin did everything that is very smart and brilliant," Erdogan stressed.
On March 17, US President Joseph Biden called Russian President Vladimir Putin a 'killer,' while the Russian leader replied, 'we always pass on to another person what we are in essence.'
