Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan offered his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin a unilateral cessation of hostilities in a phone call.
Report informs via Anadolu that Erdogan said calls for talks should be supported by "a unilateral cessation of hostilities and a fair settlement of disagreements."
