Emomali Rahmon says Tajikistan defeated coronavirus

Tajikistan has completely defeated the coronavirus infection, country's President Emomali Rahmon said in his message to the parliament, Report informs referring to RT.
"There is no coronavirus in Tajikistan. It has been eliminated," Sputnik Tajikistan quotes Rahmon.
At the same time, Rahmon urged residents not to relax and continue to comply with all security measures.
On Jan. 25, the Tajik Ministry of Health reported that the country had seen no new coronavirus cases for 15 days.
