Cavusoglu: Kyiv asks to close Straits of Istanbul

Ukraine has asked Turkey to close the Straits of Istanbul to Russian warships under Article 19 of the Montreux Straits Convention, said Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, Report informs.
