Cavusoglu: Favorable conditions for peace emerged in South Caucasus after Karabakh war

After the Karabakh war, favorable conditions were created for the establishment of peace in the South Caucasus, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said at a press conference with his Argentine counterpart Santiago Cafiero.
According to Report, he said Turkiye's goal is to turn the South Caucasus into a region of stability and development: "Turkiye and Azerbaijan are taking sincere steps in this direction."
