Armenia records almost 500 new COVID cases per day

Armenia confirmed 486 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the nationwide tally to 178,385, Report informs, citing the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health.

The death toll has reached 3,255 as two more succumbed to the deadly pathogen. As many as 166,180 people have recovered from the disease.

There are currently 8,113 active coronavirus cases in the country.

To date, 774,383 COVID tests have been done in Armenia.
