Akif Cagatay: Türkiye and EU have different approaches to issue of sanctions against Russia

Türkiye and the European Union have different approaches to the issue of sanctions against Russia due to the Ukraine conflict, Turkish presidential adviser Akif Cagatay Kilic told the TRT Haber TV channel, Report informs, citing TASS.

"We adhere to the UN position. Meanwhile, we do not allow ourselves to be turned into a road to take a detour. We have our own relations with Russia and Ukraine, we do take that into account," Kilic said.
