US refueling aircraft sends emergency code near Iran's airspace

A US Air Force refueling aircraft that was flying over the Persian Gulf squawked 7700 emergency signal near Iran's airspace on Tuesday, the semi-official Fars news agency noted, Report informs via Xinhua.
The report said the US aircraft had taken off from the Al Dhafra Air Base in the United Arab Emirates.
