United Kingdom follows US in expanding sanctions against Russia

The UK authorities, following the United States, imposed sanctions against Russian companies Gazprom Neft and Surgutneftegaz.
Report informs, citing the UK Foreign Office, that the main goal is to reduce Moscow's ability to use these companies' profits to finance military operations in Ukraine.
