Russians' attack on Kharkiv has slowed down, said Ukrainian Presidential Adviser Oleksiy Arestovych, Report informs.
"The Russians try to besiege the city, but they give great losses. The hostile party suffers serious losses in terms of equipment and live force," he noted.
