Trump says Israel couldn't survive without US support

US President Donald Trump stated that Israel would not be able to continue its existence without the backing of the United States.

According to Report, Trump made the remarks to journalists aboard his plane traveling from Washington to Michigan.

US president stressed that he was mainly referring to the situation around Iran, explaining that if he had not addressed the issue and destroyed what he described as a near‑nuclear weapon, Israel would have been eliminated months earlier.

Trump added that if he had not ended what he called Obama's "terrible deal," Israel's destruction would have occurred years before.
