Leaders of Türkiye, Iran, Iraq to attend Doha summit on September 15

The leaders of Türkiye, Iran, and Iraq are set to participate in the emergency summit of Arab and Muslim leaders to be held in Doha on September 15, Report informs.
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi confirmed today that the president of Iran will travel to the Qatari capital on Monday. Araghchi himself will attend the foreign ministers' meeting on Sunday, September 14.
According to AFP, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia" Al Sudani will also take part in the summit. The Turkish presidency has confirmed Erdoğan's participation, though further details have not yet been disclosed.
Turkish media reports that Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan will represent Türkiye at the ministers' meeting.
Following the high-level summit, a resolution condemning the recent Israeli airstrikes on Doha is expected to be adopted. Participating countries also plan to include calls for an end to Israel's actions in the Gaza Strip and for the restoration of peace and stability in the Middle East.
