Kallas: EU supports Zelenskyy's refusal to hold elections

The European Union (EU) supports the refusal of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to hold elections, Kaja Kallas, the High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, stated during a meeting of EU foreign ministers, Report informs via TASS.
Kallas emphasized that there is no need to hold elections during military operations.
"In Ukraine, the situation is different. There is an external enemy, and all efforts must be focused on countering it," Kallas remarked.
The official also noted that Russian narratives are prominently featured in the statements of US President Donald Trump.
