Japan and India begin first joint air force drills

The air forces of Japan and India today began their first joint exercises, which will last until January 26, Report informs with reference to the Japanese Defense Ministry.
The drills are taking place at the Hyakuri air base near Tokyo.
F-2 and F-15 fighters of the Japanese Air Force, the Su-30MKI fighters, and an Il-78 air tanker from India are participating in the exercises.
