IRGC strikes two Israeli air bases

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced strikes on Israel's Nevatim and Tel Nof air bases, Report informs via The Times of Israel.

According to the IRGC statement, the operation was carried out in response to Israel's missile attacks on several radar facilities in three regions of Iran.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported that all rockets launched from Iran were intercepted by air defense systems early in the morning.

On the night of June 7–8, Iran fired missiles at Israel, justifying the attack as retaliation for IDF operations against the militant group Hezbollah in Lebanon. In response, Israel struck military sites in central and western Iran.

US President Donald Trump urged both Iran and Israel to exercise restraint, but tensions remain high. Iranian officials have previously warned that in case of further escalation, they are prepared to launch additional strikes against Israel, the US, and their allies.
