Germany sees over 900 COVID-related deaths per day

Germany registered more than 900 COVID-related deaths and over 6,000 new cases of coronavirus infection over the past day, Report informs citing the data of the Robert Koch Institute of the German Health Ministry.
According to the institute, over the past 24 hours the country recorded 903 deaths among COVID patients, and 6,408 new cases.
Overall, Germany has reported 2,148,077 cases of infection and 52,990 COVID-related deaths since the onset of the epidemic. More than 1.8 million people have recovered.
