EU provides Ukraine with €600 million aid

The European Union (EU) has presented €600 million in macro-financial assistance to Ukraine, Report informs, citing Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
"I am grateful to our EU partners and personally to European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and European Commission Vice-President Valdis Dombrovskis for the disbursement of €600 million in macro-financial assistance to Ukraine. It's a strong signal of Europe's support for Ukraine's economic stability and the reform agenda," Zelensky wrote on Twitter.
According to the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denis Shmygal, the assistance will strengthen the country's macro-financial stability in the difficult moments of the COVID-19 pandemic.
