The European Commission (EC) has completed the drafting of the 11th package of sanctions against Russia and submitted it to the community countries for approval, Spokesman of the European Commission Eric Mamer said on Monday at a briefing in Brussels.
He confirmed that the 11th package of sanctions had been handed over to member countries.
The first discussion of ambassadors in the Committee of Permanent Representatives (COREPER) will take place on Wednesday, he said, declining to comment on the content of the sanctions.
