Chancellor of Germany: Nord Stream 2 transportation will not be resumed

Even if the natural gas supply situation is dire, the transportation of Nord Stream 2 will not be resumed, said government spokesman Steffen Hebestreit on behalf of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Report informs.
The Russian company "Gazprom" actually refused to repair the pipelines of Nord Stream 1 some time ago. The hope that the countries of the European Union will supply "blue fuel" through the mentioned pipeline has been dashed.
