An Azerbaijani is among those killed as a result of missile strikes by the Russian army on Kyiv on August 28, Report informs.
The body of an Azerbaijani was recovered from under the rubble of a five-story building in the Ukrainian capital.
It has been determined that the person killed in the missile strikes was 60-year-old Zakiyev Ramiz, originally from Baku.
