MP: We should prepare concept on settlement in Shusha

"Perhaps we are discussing the most critical bill in the history of the Azerbaijani parliament. Shusha is the capital of the spirit and heart of our people," Musa Guliyev, chairman of the parliamentary committee on labor and social policy, said during the first reading of the bill "On the cultural capital of Azerbaijan - Shusha" at today's plenary session of the parliament.

According to him, after adopting the law, concepts for its implementation will be prepared: "I think that once the law is approved, we should develop a concept for the settlement in Shusha. We must turn Shusha into a smoke-free city. Azerbaijan will restore Shusha and present it to the world. "
