Milli Majlis approves renaming of Khojaly's Gushchubaba village as Baharli

The draft law "On renaming Gushchubaba village of Khojaly region of the Republic of Azerbaijan as Baharli village" was discussed today at the Milli Majlis' plenary session.

Report says, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Regional Affairs Siyavush Novruzov informed about the bill.

He said that the bill was sent to the Milli Majlis on the legislative initiative of President Ilham Aliyev. After discussions, the bill was put to the vote and adopted.
