Azerbaijan applies tax incentives for treatment fees inside and outside country

Up to 10,000 manats of the cost of financial aid and one-time benefits to pay for medical treatment, including surgery, are exempt from income tax.
According to Report, amendments are proposed to the Tax Code in this regard.
In addition, up to 40,000 manats of the cost of financial assistance and one-time benefits to pay for medical treatment abroad, including surgery, will be exempt from income tax.
