Elchin Guliyev: I bow to parents of all martyrs

"We have lost our brothers-in-arms. This is a heavy loss," the head of the State Border Service of Azerbaijan (SBS), Colonel-General Elchin Guliyev, said at the farewell ceremony for the servicemen who died in a military helicopter crash on November 30 during training flights at the Garaheybat Training Centre located in Khizi, Report informs.

"I express my condolences to the families of our servicemen. The memory of the lost will live forever. I bow to the parents of all martyrs," he said.
